Peter was born in the Friuli region of Northern Italy and came to Canada at an early age. He learned at his mother's side as well as studied under three distinguished master chefs:
Kevin Gaskin, Jason Kennedy, and Vito Clemente.
He graduated as Chef de Cuisine from Liaison College.
Peter has 40+ years in the food & culinary industry from butcher, banquet hall server, National Sales Manager for a large food company, an International Food Broker, and as a Caterer.
Peter knows food.
With his extensive experience, he can source ingredients and transform them into dishes that will make your mouth water while being served in a manner that will be exceedingly memorable.
Peter is aware of current food trends, and his menus includes gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan
